Context
The company provides automated vehicle wash systems for trucks, buses, and trains. They needed to modernize their systems and provide scalable and remote services for better customer experience and operational efficiency.
What we did
We designed a next-generation platform architecture built on cloud-based WashManager and edge-based WashPilot to provide scalability, real-time data monitoring, and seamless integration between facilities, equipment, and business management systems.
Result
The new platform will enable centralized control, faster deployment of new services, and improved customer experience with remote monitoring and predictive maintenance capabilities. It will lay the groundwork for a scalable service platform that will support future business models.
