Context
A company focused on optimizing energy usage and reducing carbon footprints needed a solution to help businesses monitor and optimize their energy consumption in real time using IoT-based technology.
What we did
The collaboration focused on combining modern and accelerated development methods with the structure, architecture, and operational robustness required for long-term sustainable platforms in the energy sector. Rather than treating AI as an isolated technology initiative, the work centered on jointly establishing a long-term platform capability where rapid development could be combined with security, integration capability, and maintainability.
Result
